Onward to the North

    I apologize for the lack of photos in this post. Or perhaps I will throw in a random photo or two for the heck of it. Post with photos are much more fun, aren't they?

   I've packed.... mostly.... for Washington. My plane leaves at 12:35pm and it takes only two hours to get to Portland. I've been in Palm Springs for over a month. That is only because of the price of plane tickets, although I don't really regret staying this long. I love and adore my mummy, I can mostly tolerate my dad, and my brother is very generous and okay to be around, despite having schizophrenia. I also love seeing my sister, but I don't get to see her as much as I'd like. She is my only sister and I wish we were closer.

Oh here we go. This was this summer at the park, and he is a lion and you know, I had to ride him.

   Anyway... so it is very bitter sweet to leave the desert and my family that I know and the only house besides my own that I will ever feel comfortable in. I get in a rhythm that I had six years ago, before I met Thomas. It is very nostalgic, but I can never stay for too long... which then it sort of becomes toxic. Hopefully though, I will be back in a few months to California to hopefully move to but at least visit. I can't stay away from California for too long, but I despise the constant sunshine.
   I should probably go to bed now, I have to make sure I can get up early and finish packing... eek!
